Processing time following successful application submission is typically 5-20 business days (Monday-Friday). However, this timeframe may vary depending on factors such as timely completion of assigned tasks by the applicant, DHARE Research Credentialing application volume, and ancillary department processing schedules.

How will I know when I have been cleared to participate in research with Dignity Health Arizona Research Enterprise?

Once all DHARE Research Credentialing and hospital compliance requirements have been successfully completed, you will receive a "DHARE Research Credentialing Completion" notification and a DHARE Research Credentialing Certificate, valid for 12 consecutive months.
